We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Coolbinia. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What you will do
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness,
and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Pay
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
