- Advising on large-scale public and private M&A; transactions.
- Supporting capital markets and governance matters for ASX-listed clients.
- Developing long-term client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers within the team. Requirements You will have 4+ years' experience in corporate law.
- Top-tier experience in M&A; or corporate advisory.
- Commercially minded.
