Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Piara Waters
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Piara Waters. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
What the role involves
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Pay rates
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
