Female Casual Disability Support Worker – Sydney Area

Carefinity is seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker for casual shifts across the Sydney area.

You will provide person-centred support including personal care, medication assistance, manual handling, household tasks, community access, and helping participants achieve their goals.

Requirements:

- Female preferred (participant-specific requirements)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WWCC (if applicable)
- Right to Work in Australia
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
- Disability support experience preferred
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Adaptable availability, including short-notice shifts
