About your opportunity

In this position you will...

Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by responding to general reception enquiries for the department by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff.
Attend to presenting patients, family members, general public,



police and ambulance by providing information and direction to relevant areas.
