We are seeking a kind, patient, reliable, and experienced female support worker with experience supporting clients with complex mental health needs.

An essential requirement for this role is that the applicant holds all relevant qualifications, certifications, and checks required for the position. Applicants must also have excellent personal hygiene, strong cleanliness standards, and attention to detail.

The client has OCD and may have specific preferences and routines relating to cleanliness and organisation. It is important that the support worker is hygienic, organised, respectful, and understanding of the client’s individual needs.

Days and Hours

- Monday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Tuesday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Essential Requirements

- Female support worker AGED 20-36 YEARS OF AGE.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications for the role.
- Experience supporting people with complex mental health needs.
- Understanding of OCD and sensitive, appropriate approaches to mental health support.
- All relevant clearances and checks required for the position.




- Excellent personal hygiene and a strong understanding of hygiene practices.
- Clean, organised, and attentive to detail.
- Reliable, patient, compassionate, and professional.
- Respectful of the client’s routines, preferences, boundaries, and individual needs.
- Able to provide calm, respectful, and non-judgmental support.

Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will be dependable, compassionate, and experienced in providing mental health support. They must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness while helping the client feel secure, comfortable, respected, and supported in her daily routine.

Pay: $34.00 – $35.08 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week

- Support worker: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check & NDIS SCREENING CHECK (Preferred)
