Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Hebersham
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Hebersham. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What we are looking for
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Hours you need to be free
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
What you will do
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
