Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service across the venue
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver table service
- Assist guests within the gaming lounge
- Operate the courtesy bus when required
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue
- Support the team across a variety of departments during busy periods
- Ensure compliance with all responsible service and venue procedures

What We're Looking For

- Previous bar experience is essential
- Gaming experience is desirable but not essential
- Current RSA and RSG certificates, or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian working rights
- Australian Driver's Licence (or equivalent) is desirable
- Barista experience is desirable but not essential
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic
- The ability to work across a variety of roles including bar, bistro, courtesy bus driving, and cleaning duties




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends
