Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a leading Aboriginal Out-of-Home Care organisation based in Penrith.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Following up outstanding invoices and payments
- Assisting with account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
- Assisting with month-end financial processes
About You:
- Previous experience in an accounts or administration role
- Experience with Xero preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software is highly regarded
