- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs and requests promptly
- Handle cash and card transactions, and maintain an accurate till balance
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress/waiter in a restaurant or similar setting
- Candidates residing close to Butler are preferred
