We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Sunbury. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants with diverse needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence.
About the Role:
- Personal care and daily living tasks.
- Behaviour of Concern (BOC) support using positive and proactive strategies.
- Community access, encouraging secure and meaningful participation in activities.
- Medication management in line with care plans and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified female worker with experience in personal care, BOC, community access, and medication support.
- Someone with a calm, patient, and professional approach.
- Ability to build trust and rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Relevant training or experience in medication administration.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (desirable).
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $43.00 – $45.00 per hour
