We’re Withers Solutions, a family-run commercial cleaning business based in Malvern. We clean offices, studios, clinics, gyms and warehouses across Melbourne’s inner and south-east suburbs: Malvern, Hawthorn, Richmond, Camberwell, out to Dandenong and beyond.
Most of our work happens after the lights go off. You let yourself in, put the music on, get it done properly and lock up behind you. No one is looking over your shoulder and no one is in your way. Just you, a good vacuum and the satisfaction of leaving a place better than you found it.
The work
- Regular after-hours cleans: evenings, early mornings and some weekends
- Offices and studios: desks, kitchens, bathrooms, bins, vacuum and mop
- Bigger sites with warehouse and office space, bathrooms and showers
- The odd deep clean, floor or carpet job when it comes up
You
- No experience need, just attention to detail
- Have your own ABN
- Have your own car and a current licence
- Can pass a police check (everyone who cleans for us is checked)
- Are reliable. If you say you’ll be there, you’re there
- Take pride in the details: the tap that shines, the bin that’s relined, the door that’s locked
