Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate with consultants, including architects, engineers, and local authorities Programme and sequence trades to maintain efficient workflow Manage site logistics, materials,



and equipment procurement Proactively resolve site issues and maintain project momentum Maintain accurate and detailed daily site records Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a secure working environment Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, Australian Standards, and regulations About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or commercial builds Strong attention to detail, particularly with finishes and architectural elements Highly organised with strong time management skills Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements

White Card Trade background (Cert III in Carpentry preferred) or Cert IV / Diploma in Construction Management
