The successful candidate will: Have a strong interest in civil construction

Be willing to learn pipe laying, plant operation, and general civil works

Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability

Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Show a commitment to completing a

Certificate III in Civil Construction

Have basic literacy and numeracy skills suitable for trade training

Be physically fit and capable of manual labour

Desirable (but not essential): Previous labouring or construction experience

Exposure to sewer, water, or stormwater works

Interest in operating plant and machinery

Basic understanding of workplace health & safety

Mandatory requirements: Current

White Card

(or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

Current

Driver’s Licence

(or working towards)

Strong commitment to safety and following OH&S; procedures
