Strathpine GP Superclinic is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our close-knit team of receptionists, nurses and doctors on a casual or part-time basis.

We’re passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred healthcare in a welcoming and professional environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience and helping our busy practice run smoothly.

We are looking for a team member who:

- Ideally has at least 1 year general practice medical reception experience or similar
- Prior experience with Best Practice or Medical Director preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing System (MBS), WorkCover, DVA & HICAPS.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Is friendly, caring,



compassionate and professional
- Has the ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
- Has solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Available for 7am starts.
- Available for 7pm finishes (on Mondays only)
