Vital Culture is recruiting a Practice Manager on behalf of a boutique, nurse-led aesthetic clinic in North Perth.

The role

This is a patient-facing role. You lead the front desk Tuesday to Friday and run the clinic day around it.

The heart of the role is implementing and embedding. You take the business practices already in place and make them how the team works every day.

- Lead the front desk: welcoming patients, bookings, confirmations, phones and checkout.
- Embed the clinic's standards, processes and reporting so they become everyday habits.
- Drive team uptake of best business practice through rosters, monthly 1:1s and onboarding.
- Weekly reporting, timesheets, payroll and commission preparation.
- Stock, ordering and supplier relationships.
- Compliance, records and patient privacy.
- Patient follow-up and rebooking.
- Clinic events throughout the year.

What's expected





This role needs someone who hits the ground running. By day 30 you run the front desk and the clinic day on your own. By day 60 you own reporting and rosters. By day 90 you lead the team rhythm and the monthly review with the Director.

Essential

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager in a clinic, specialist or allied health practice.
- Front desk experience in a patient-facing healthcare setting.
- A track record of implementing processes and getting a team to adopt them.
- Confidence making day-to-day operational decisions independently, and knowing when to take something to the Director.
- Robust attention to detail and a firm grasp of patient confidentiality.
- Warm, presentable and a natural with patients.

Desirable

- Experience in medical aesthetics, skin clinics or specialist healthcare.
