Location: Blacktown, NSW
Salary: Up to $75,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time
Roster: Flexible, based on operational requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations while driving service excellence, team performance, and commercial growth.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a confident, proactive, and hands-on hospitality professional who understands what it takes to run a successful restaurant.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Head Cook and/or Restaurant Manager
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, daily service, and team management.




- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset, a sense of ownership, and the confidence to make decisions.
