are admitted as a lawyer in NSW+ have minimum 6 years post-admission experience (or more up to senior associate/special counsel) in wills/estates law; have broad-ranging experience across estate planning/wills+estate administration+ estate litigation with proven ability to manage your own practice without/with minimal supervision; are preferably (not essential) an ACCREDITED SPECIALIST in succession law and/or have attained/studying a Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Wills and Estates) or Master of Laws specializing in Wills/Estates. have strong time prioritization+ people/leadership/client management skills; are a self-starter, results-focused, proactive + have a strong commercial acumen+ entrepreneurial mind-set; enjoy building relationships/networking and have had some recent client development/marketing experience (preferable); are ambitious and seeking a long-term ‘legal home’ where you can grow+ flourish.
