PureBean Coffee is a growing national coffee company, and we're looking for an organised, motivated and hands-on Service Operations Manager with coffee industry experience to join our Brisbane team.

Working directly alongside our General Manager, you'll help coordinate daily operations, support our service technicians and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

- Planning and scheduling daily service runs.
- Coordinating and supporting our field service technicians.
- Managing customer calls, emails and service bookings.
- Overseeing stock, equipment and spare parts.
- Resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
- Helping improve efficiency and internal processes.

About You

- Experience in the coffee industry is essential, ideally involving commercial coffee equipment, servicing or wholesale coffee operations.




- Experience in service coordination, operations or team management.
- Solid organisational and communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
