Join Our Team

Our café is under new management, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Barista All-Rounder with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
- Operating coffee machines and adjusting grinders.
- Taking customer orders and processing payments.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Assisting with food preparation and serving café-style meals.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the café.
- Replenishing stock and assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a café or similar environment.
- Strong coffee-making skills, including milk texturing.




- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
