Cleaning Superstar Wanted – Great Pay for the Right Person!

Immediate Start | Gold Coast | Casual | $33.85–$45+ per hour

Cleankill is a family-owned Gold Coast cleaning and pest control business with over 15 years of experience, and we're looking for another excellent person to join our team.

We're particularly interested in finding an experienced, versatile cleaner who is comfortable taking on a variety of work rather than doing the same thing every day.

The Role

Depending on your experience, your work may include:

- Bond / end-of-lease cleaning
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Pressure cleaning
- Domestic cleaning
- Oven and detailed cleaning
- Other specialist cleaning work

Experience with window cleaning and/or pressure cleaning would be a big advantage. If you're already a capable cleaner but haven't done everything on the list, we're also happy to train the right person.

Great Pay for the Right Candidate

We believe valuable cleaners should be rewarded.

- $33.85–$45+ per hour depending on skills and experience
- Superannuation
- Travel allowance where applicable
- All cleaning products and equipment supplied
- Professional training
- Opportunity to learn additional specialist cleaning skills
- Career progression for people who want more responsibility
- No weekend work
- Flexible weekday hours
- Friendly, supportive team environment

This could suit someone looking for 10–20 hours initially, with the potential for additional hours as the role develops.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box, but our ideal person will be:

- Experienced in professional cleaning
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Friendly and professional with clients
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-focused and takes pride in their work
- Willing to learn new cleaning techniques and equipment
- Comfortable taking on different types of jobs
- Available during weekdays
- Able to work school-friendly hours if required

You'll Need

- A full driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Valid National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Good spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly understand and follow instructions
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and other team members
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred

Window cleaning, pressure cleaning, bond cleaning or commercial cleaning experience will be highly regarded.
