Care2Help is an RN led Nursing Agency providing experienced staff to Aged Care Facilities in the Central Coast Region. Our skilled & reliable team are available and ready to support both last-minute and ongoing care needs for our clients.

We are looking for staff who are available for AM shifts every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on the Central Coast

Key responsibilities

- Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses in aged care facilities. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist registered nurses with various medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and administering medications, following established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III or IV Individual Support




- Previous experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or in a similar role in a healthcare setting for at least 1 year
- NDIS worker screening check
- Current flu and Covid-19 vaccination
- Valid driver's license or reliable transport
- National Police Check

Pay: $45.29 per hour

Experience:

- Assistant in nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Cert 3 or 4 Individual Support (Required)
- National Police Check (Required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
