We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Employment Lawyers interested in an upcoming in-house contract opportunity within a leading global technology business.

You will join a high-performing legal team, and you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to provide commercial employment law advice across a broad range of workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing day-to-day employment law and workplace relations advice;
- Advising on employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and terminations;
- Managing workplace investigations and employment disputes;
- Supporting litigation, regulatory enquiries and external counsel management;
- Advising on employment policies,



compliance obligations and legislative developments;
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate employment-related risks; and
- Assisting with strategic projects and workplace initiatives as required

About you

- Admitted lawyer with demonstrated employment law experience;
- Experience gained in a reputable law firm, or a combination of both private practice and in-house;
- Robust knowledge of Australian employment and workplace relations legislation; and
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
