The Opportunity To support our ongoing growth, we are recruiting a team of motivated paralegals to work closely with our commercial contracts lawyers on a range of legal projects for a growing number of Australian and international businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Document review and preparation

Contract negotiation

Working directly with clients and in-house legal teams to progress legal projects

Developing AI prompts and playbooks

Working under close supervision of experienced senior lawyers
