The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a policy-focused professional to join Youth Justice in Melbourne on an ongoing, full time basis. You will support the development, review and maintenance of operational policies and procedures to provide contemporary, evidence-based guidance for staff across community and custodial operations.

You will help implement Youth Justice legislation and policy, ensure compliance with the Youth Justice Act 2024 and human rights
