The Role As an experienced Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for: Windscreen replacements and repairs
ADAS calibration and related procedures where required
Removing and installing windscreens safely and efficiently
Working across a range of vehicles and models
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety requirements
Diagnosing and resolving fitting issues
Maintaining tools, equipment and vehicle presentation
Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining quality
Providing skilled service to customers
Working independently as well as part of a team
Following company procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
About You We’re looking for someone who has: Proven experience as a Windscreen Technician
Strong knowledge of windscreen replacement and repair
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Strong work ethic and reliability
Professional communication and customer service skills
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Full Australian driver's licence
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
