Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets, involving building and maintaining customer relationships as well as delivering a high standard of parts supply and service across Sime Motors Australia's luxury brand network in Queensland, including BMW, Volvo, Polestar and Geely. The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business engagement and deliver consistent results. Key responsibilities

Promote and sell parts and services across Sime Motors Australia's luxury brands portfolio in QLD, including BMW and Volvo Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through structured customer visits Identify, pursue, and open new parts and service accounts (minimum one per month) Achieve monthly sales targets in line with budget Keep customers informed of new products, pricing, and supply updates Provide feedback on competitor activity and market trends Assist with counter sales, stocktake, vehicle stock management,



and workshop support as required Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Comply with all Sime Motors Australia policies, procedures, and WHS requirements About you
