Preschool Dance Teacher Take the lead of our thriving Mini Dance Program Do you absolutely love teaching little humans? We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and nurturing
Preschool Dance Teacher
to take the lead of our established program for dancers aged
2–6 years . We have a large and growing community of Mini dancers and use an
excellent structured preschool dance program and curriculum , so you won’t be starting from scratch. What we need is the right person to take ownership of it, bring it to life and make every class the highlight of our little dancers’ week. The Role This is a
casual position
with the opportunity to teach across a range of Mini classes including: Ballet
Jazz
Tap
Acro
Hip Hop
Preschool combination classes
We currently run classes
during the day and most afternoons , and there is flexibility around the daytime timetable for the right person. We’re particularly looking for someone who would love to
take the lead of our Mini curriculum
— helping maintain consistency across classes, following our established program, contributing ideas and helping us continue to grow this important area of our studio. Who We’re Looking For You might be an experienced dance teacher, an early childhood educator with a dance background, or someone looking to build a genuine career teaching young dancers. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who: LOVES working with children aged 2–6
Is warm, bubbly, patient and encouraging
Can make classes fun while still providing structure
Is confident communicating with young children and their parents
Is reliable, organised and enthusiastic
Understands that teaching Minis is about so much more than dance steps
Wants to become an important part of a supportive studio community
Experience across every dance style is
not essential . If Minis are your specialty and you feel completely at home in a room full of excited preschoolers, we want to hear from you. Why This Role? Our Mini program is already established, busy and supported by a fantastic curriculum. This is an opportunity for the right teacher to step in and really
make the program their own . We want someone who will celebrate the tiny wins, build confidence, create beautiful first experiences of dance and understand just how important a excellent preschool teacher can be. Casual position | Daytime & afternoon classes | Flexible hours If you’re passionate about teaching little humans and would love to take the lead of a thriving Mini dance program,
we’d love to meet you. Apply with a short introduction telling us about yourself, your dance/teaching background and, most importantly,
why you love teaching Minis.
