PMM Personnel is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to lead a high-performing underground mining team at Merlin Mine Site, Cloncurry, QLD. FIFO opportunities available from NSW & QLD, day shift only, with premium rates and super paid on all hours worked.

You will drive safety, production performance and workforce leadership across underground operations, coordinating workforce and equipment and mentoring junior staff. An immediate interview process is underway.
