Respect Gracemere Gardens in Queensland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The RN will provide secure, person-centred nursing care under AHPRA guidelines, reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager. Key duties include history taking, care planning, documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote resident wellbeing. AHPRA registration and aged care standards knowledge are essential.
