ABOUT THE ROLE Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced Precast Labourers for ongoing work with a busy and well-established precast manufacturing operation in Buchanan, NSW.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced precast yard, offering consistent full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment potential with a growing operation.
Location: Buchanan, NSW
Role: Precast Labourer
Employment Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 4:00pm
Overtime: Daily overtime + Saturday work available as required
Pay Rate: $40.67 per hour casual + penalty rates
Start: ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up and stripping precast moulds
Assisting with concrete pours and finishing activities
Basic formwork and reinforcement work
Reading and interpreting basic drawings and plans
General precast yard duties
Assisting production teams to meet daily targets
Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Supporting trades and leading hands where required
ABOUT YOU You are a reliable and experienced precast worker who takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 12 months of precast, concrete or civil earthworks experience
White Card (Construction Induction)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work overtime
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
