Citrix Systems Administrator - VDI & Digital Workspace | TSPV/TSPA Cleared
Join a secure digital workspace team delivering and supporting virtual desktop infrastructure across complex enterprise environments. This role is ideal for an experienced Citrix Systems Administrator with robust VDI, Windows, Active Directory and scripting capability who can design, maintain and optimise critical end-user computing platforms.
This is an onsite role based in Canberra. Location: Canberra Work Arrangement: Onsite Contract Duration: 6 months.
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV/TSPA clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. Essential Tasks
- Deploy, configure, maintain and optimise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and supporting VDI infrastructure
- Support Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, DHCP,
Group Policy, File & Print and WSUS
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtualisation, application and endpoint issues
- Develop scripts and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar
Key Criteria
- Demonstrated experience installing, managing and supporting desktop virtualisation technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and core enterprise infrastructure services
- Citrix experience or certifications highly regarded, with relevant IT qualifications or industry experience
