Western Ford Key Accountabilities

Lead and manage

New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales across Ravenhall and Melton Deliver volume, gross and profitability outcomes aligned with business objectives Develop and execute sales strategies across both dealerships Manage and optimise inventory and stock turn Lead, mentor and develop Sales Managers and Sales Consultants Drive a high-performance, accountable and customer-focused sales culture Ensure manufacturer standards, KPIs and reporting requirements are consistently achieved Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket departments Build solid relationships with OEM representatives and key internal stakeholders We are looking for a
