The Company

For nearly 45 years, Daisy's Garden Supplies has supplied quality building, garden and landscaping materials across Melbourne, Geelong and beyond. Join a 200-person Victorian family business with 10 stores and 4 production site

About the role

Lead a team of about 20 Drivers, Yard Assistants, Retail Assistants and Store Allrounders at our Ringwood store. Balance people leadership, sales, inventory management, safety, customer service and delivery coordination.

Duties

- Lead and develop the store team
- Drive sales, budget and customer service
- Maintain inventory, yard presentation and safety
- Coordinate trucks and daily delivery run sheets
- Serve trade and retail customers

Our store opening hours are 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday,



and 7am - 4pm Saturday. The store is closed on Sundays and most public holidays.
