MIG/Tack Welders
for an ongoing opportunity with a leading
precast manufacturing operation
currently based in
Buchanan, NSW . This role offers consistent full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term stability within a growing operation. Initially, successful candidates will be based at the
Buchanan facility , with plans for the operation to transition to a new facility in
Bennetts Green, NSW , within the coming months. Applicants must be willing and able to work across both locations as the transition occurs.

Pay Rate:
$42.61 per hour casual + penalty rates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MIG and tack welding of reo bar
Fabricating and assembling reo cages
Reading and interpreting basic drawings
Maintaining weld quality and consistency
Following safety and quality procedures
Supporting precast production activities
General workshop and yard duties as required
ABOUT YOU You are an experienced welder who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely within a production environment.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous reo bar welding experience – Essential
White Card (Construction Induction)
Own welding PPE
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to work in Buchanan initially and transition to Bennetts Green
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Highly Regarded
Welding qualifications
Trade qualifications
Previous precast manufacturing experience
Experience fabricating reo cages
