with a growing network of clinics across Melbourne Victoria. Services include; Xray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, DEXA and Interventional Procedures. Our focus is in delivering an excellent patient experience, service delivery and responsive patient and referrer support. About the Role We are seeking two

Medical Receptionist / Radiology Receptionists

to join our new clinic within the South-East.

One full time receptionist and one casual receptionist

(availability of 3 days per week- with the option of additional hours)- Saturday availability preferred. This is a

frontline position

suited to someone who thrives in a

fast-paced healthcare environment , can manage competing priorities, and delivers exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities Patient check-in, registration, and front desk management

Appointment scheduling across multiple imaging modalities

Managing high-volume inbound calls and enquiries

Processing

Medicare, DVA, and private billing

Handling payments and daily reconciliation





Maintaining accurate patient records (RIS/PACS systems)

Liaising with radiologists, radiographers, and sonographers

Supporting effective clinic workflow and patient throughput

Skills & Experience Medical Receptionist / Healthcare Administration experience desirable but not essential

Radiology or Diagnostic Imaging experience (desirable but not essential)

Multilingual desirable (not essential)

Experience with

Medicare billing, and patient claiming

Familiarity with

RIS/PACS systems

Strong customer service and patient care skills

Excellent communication and phone manner

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
