Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar’s offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in an a-la-carte restaurant

Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience

Exceptional service skills and guest focused





Robust understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices

Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressed service periods

Proven ability in building effective relationships

Organisational and time management skills

Experience using booking system OpenTable or similar

Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar

Exceptional communication and presentation

Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
