Phillip Riley has an exciting new opportunity for an outstanding Mechanical Engineer.Responsibilities:Design and verify mechanical and structural systemsDevelop mechanical and process plans through development, qualification, and acceptance testing.Review specifications and other data to develop mechanical layouts.Identify and drive initiatives/projects to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and equipment availability.Perform detailed analysis of downtime data, review maintenance strategies and recommend changes to strategies to address emerging risks.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) including facilitation into down time events, ensuring corrective actions/recommendations are in place to prevent recurrence of identified failure mode(s).Responsible for delivering engineering solutions, strategies and systems that will maintain compliance and improve operating performance,
