In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of commercial and retail facilities. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working independently, and maintaining high standards of building care.Employment Type - Part timeRoster: Monday to Wednesday - 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMKey Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.- Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely and professional manner.- Conduct minor repairs such as patching walls, replacing fixtures, and adjusting doors or locks.- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of mechanical rooms, storage areas,
