N Your new roleAs an AI Engineer, you'll design, build and support production-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value in a regulated environment. Working closely with data, engineering, architecture and security teams, you'll: Nn Develop AI applications, copilots, agents and machine learning solutions N Build RAG solutions, enterprise search capabilities and agentic workflows N Create reusable APIs, prompts, orchestration patterns and integration components N Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and MLOps/LLMOps practices N Integrate AI solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise platforms N Embed responsible AI, privacy, security and governance controls into solution design N Monitor model quality, application performance, usage, cost and operational reliability N Contribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks and platform capabilities NWhat you’ll need to succeed Nn c. 2+ years' experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering or Data Engineering N Strong Python development skills and experience working with REST APIs,
