N n We’re looking for anenthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor (trainee or experienced) to join our high-performing team in Lidcombe. N n About the Role N n Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service from booking through to vehicle collection. N Manage customer enquiries, service bookings, and daily appointments. N Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed on time and customer expectations are met. N Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommended work and associated costs. N Keep customers informedthroughout the repair process, including any changes to timing or costs. N Coordinate future bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. N Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. N Deliver vehicles back to customers, clearly explaining the work completed and any associated charges. N Complete all administrative tasks in line with dealership procedures and manufacturer warranty requirements. N n Working Hours N Monday to Friday:



7:30am – 5:00pm N n Who Are You? N We welcome both experienced Service Advisors and those keen to start their career in automotive service. Ideally, you’ll bring: N n Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in automotive service costing, or transferable customer service skills (retail/hospitality/admin) N Strong communication and problem-solving skills N Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) N High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset N Current NSW driver’s licence N A genuine passion for customer service and the auto industry N n Why Joinus?
