As an Assurance Technical Support Officer, you'll help keep our customers connected by investigating and resolving voice and network service issues while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. N This is a permanent role based in either our Dandenong or Traralgon office. N What You'll Do N n n Knowledge of telco technologies (e.G., Hosted PABX, MPLS, Cisco, FortiGate) N Certifications such as CCNA, NSE4, or CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) isn't necessary but it's preferred N Strong organisation andtime‑management skills N Explicit and confident communication skills N Ability to troubleshootusing the OSI model N A proactive approach toproblem‑solving and leadership N Confidence working independently and collaboratively N A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies N n What You'll Bring N n n Deliver frontline diagnostics, classification,
