Job Description N We are looking for a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our team on a Casual basis.About the Role N As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice. N Working alongside our experienced care team, you will: N n Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents N Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living N Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing N Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families N Observe and report changes in residents’ health, behaviour or wellbeing N Maintain accurate care documentation N Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements N Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team N About Youn We’re looking for someone who is: N n Caring, compassionate and genuinely passionate about supporting older people N Respectful of residents’ dignity, privacy, culture and individual choices N Reliable,
