NnWhat You'll Be Doing Nn Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. N Drive store performanceacross sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and overall profitability. N Take ownership of dailystore operations, rostering, payroll and workforce planning. N Analyse sales trends, customer traffic and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth. N Create a positive, engaging team culture through regular feedback, coaching and development. N Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventory accuracy and loss prevention. N Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards. N Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the store's customer base. N Recruit,



onboard and develop team members to support long-term business success. NWhat We're Looking For Nn Previous experience as a Store Manager. N A strong background in fashion, footwear, sportswear or high-volume retail. N Proven experience achieving sales budgets and driving commercial KPIs. N A genuine passion for people leadership, coaching and developing high-performing teams. N Strong operational experience across stock management, rostering, payroll and loss prevention. N A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to motivate and inspire others. N Excellent communicationskills and a customer-first mindset.
