N You'll: N n Lead andinspire – create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture N Coach and develop – recruit, train and support your team to grow their skills and confidence N Drive commercial performance – take ownership of sales targets, budgets, labour and key performance indicators N Deliver exceptional customer experiences – lead by example and create memorable Koko Moments N Own store operations – oversee rostering, stock management, inventory,



compliance and daily store performance N Maintain premium standards – ensure exceptional visual merchandising, product presentation and store cleanliness N Build team engagement – celebrate successes, provide meaningful feedback and create an environment where your team can thrive N Lead with accountability – demonstrate our values of Passion, Leadership, Ownership and Trust in everything you do N n About You N We're looking for someone who brings: N n Previous Store Manager experience or strong Assistant Store Manager experience with a readiness to take the next step N A proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing retail teams N Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing sales, budgets, labour and store performance N A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences N A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire others N Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills N Experience in premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment would be highly regarded N Confidence working in afast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards N Flexibility to work a roster including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods N And of course... a loveof chocolate!
