N Position Summaryn nAs a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents with their daily care needs while promoting their dignity, safety, independence and overall wellbeing in a professional residential care environment. N Key Responsibilitiesn n N Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. N Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing and promptly report any changes to the nursing team. N Assist with implementing and reviewing individual resident care plans. N Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents. N Respect residents’ confidentiality, dignity, privacy and individual preferences at all times. N Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
