N Answering inbound customer calls and enquiries N Helping customers find the right solution for their needs N Booking and scheduling services N Responding to website and email enquiries N Keeping customer and jobinformation accurate in our systems N Learning about our services so you can confidently assist customers N Working closely with ourCustomer Service and Operations teams Taking part in ongoing training and development N It’s a busy role, so you’ll need to enjoy talking to people, switching between tasks and keeping things moving. N n About You N We’re looking for someone who: N ✔ Is naturally friendly,confident and comfortable talking to people N ✔ Has strong customer service skills and knows how to build rapport N ✔ Brings positive energyand enjoys being part of a team N ✔ Can stay organised andcomposed in a fast-paced environment N ✔ Is reliable and takes ownership of their work N ✔ Is keen to learn, improve and build a long-term career N ✔ Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems N ✔ Has experience in retail, hospitality, reception, customer service or another people-focused role N ✔ Is available to work full-time Monday to Friday N ✔ Can obtain a National Police Clearance N n Never workedin plumbing or the trades?
