Every conversation starts with someone who has already enquired, through our paid media and organic online channels. You’ll follow our proven call framework, but you won’t sound like you’re reading it. You’ll own the conversation from first call to enrolment: N n n Discovery: run a discovery call to understand their goals, background and motivations N Qualify: confirm whether our programs are the right fit N Nurture: personal, consistent follow-up across a longer decision cycle N Demonstrate value: show how we can help them achieve their career goals N Handle objections: price, timing, competing priorities N Close: and guide them through enrolment N n All backed by a disciplined Salesforce pipeline.
