- Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homes Nn
- Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirements Nn
- Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors Nn
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challenges Nn
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency Nn
- Keep stakeholders updated throughout the build journey NnAbout You: Nn




- Residential construction scheduling experience (WA experience ideal, Eastern States considered) Nn
- Experience across project homes, modular, single or double-storey builds Nn
- Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processes Nn
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approach Nn
