I am looking for a fantastic Early Childhood Educator (Cert III or Diploma) for either the 0–2 or 2–3 room on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, within a highly regarded independent early learning service.We are seeking two Early Childhood Educators to join a well-established, independent service known for its welcoming, community-focused approach and its commitment to providing a nurturing, stimulating and thoughtfully designed learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. This is a full-time opportunity, working 5 days per week across either the nursery (0–2) or toddler (2–3) environments.The Roles 0–2 Room Educator (Babies)- Calm, reliable, and confident with solid initiative- Comfortable working within structured, routine-based environments- Supports consistency of care within a small, close-knit nursery team (approx. 10 babies with 3 educators)- Builds warm,

Educators work closely together with a shared focus on consistency, connection and high-quality early childhood experiences.
